- Tour and transfer timings are fixed. Guests must be ready at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Missed services due to late arrival or no-show are non-refundable.
- Attraction operating hours, tour schedules, and itineraries may change due to weather, operational requirements, or government regulations.
- Hotels may require a refundable security deposit during check-in.
- Visa approval (if applicable) is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities.
