Privacy notice
This page explains what we collect when you make an enquiry, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form, plus the page you started from:
- Your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- The destination or package you enquired about, your travel date, and the number of adults and children travelling, including each child's age.
- The page you started the enquiry from, so we know which trip you were reading about.
We save your details as you move through the form, so if you leave before finishing we may still hold the parts you had already entered.
Why we collect it, and how we use it
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote or itinerary for you.
- Contacting you about that enquiry on WhatsApp, by email and by phone.
- Keeping a record of the conversation so any member of our team can pick it up.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry until you ask us to erase it. There is no automatic deletion schedule — your details stay on file so we can help you again if you come back to us.
How to ask us to delete your details
Email info@travonn.com and ask us to erase your enquiry. Tell us the name, email address or WhatsApp number you used so we can find it. We will delete the record and confirm once it is done.
